The Coronavirus has provided all of us an opportunity to see the world and ourselves differently. It has challenged us to let go of whatever we thought of as normal and give birth to a new life, to new energy.
For seven years, I have held a vision of a fusion program that offers the world the opportunity to learn yoga through a combination of services that included: (1) immersion retreats, (2) “live” and recorded online webinar sessions, and (3) one-on-one private sessions. The intention is: “To help the world through the process of yoga, journaling, mindfulness and meditation”. This combination of self-study is the magic sauce that transforms our lives and makes everything sweeter, tastier, and profoundly wonderful.
I have been in the process of giving birth to this new program for quite some time. And not unlike pregnancy, the last month of this project has been uncomfortable and joyful; I have been restless and found sleep difficult. But the process of labor requires breath, presence, patience and pushing to birth this new life. And just like pregnancy it has been both joyful and challenging. I’m excited and nervous. I am ready yet navigating uncharted waters. This new baby, this new program is going to bring so much joy into the world. I can’t wait to behold its light.
Its name is “The Personal Path”. Stay tuned. It’s coming. I will let you know the day it is born.
Covid-19 has provided all of us an opportunity to “see” the world and ourselves differently. It has provided us an opportunity to change, grow and unite.
Take some time to think about what changes you are being “called” to “see” and “take”. Listen carefully to the messages and synchronicity that the universe is throwing your way. And then with gratitude and a joyful heart, take action. We can positively change the world. So let’s do that!
PS: The number 19 is a combination of the numbers 1 and 9 and their vibrations. It is a number which symbolizes serving humanity, spiritual enlightenment, intuition, inner wisdom, uniqueness, progress, endings and new beginnings. People who are guided by the number 19 are usually drawn to serve humanity in some way. “Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these” (Mark 12:31).
