Yoga for Health, Wellness & Vibrant Living
Living Your Best Life Just Got Better!
An 8-Class Yoga Life Training Course
Are you ready to take an even deeper dive into yoga, mindfulness, the chakras, energy healing and Ayurveda?
Yoga for Health, Wellness and Vibrant Living (HWVL) is a yoga therapy life training course taught in a safe small group setting. The personal work we do during our time together is truly life-changing. It’s a deep exploration into the intricacies of the mind, body and spirit. We discuss and explore the physical body (how energy shows-up), the biochemistry and physiology of subtle body connections (chakras) and their impact, how the mind creates suffering and healing, and how to re-balance and return to wholeness.
We practice asana (poses) pranayama (breath-work) and meditation embracing mantras, mudras, aroma, sound, color, and art therapy enjoying time in nature and elemental play. You will learn about true integrative wellness and how The Yoga Model of Healing, the Koshas, Reiki (energy healing), nutrition, self-care and the practice of mindfulness work to positively impact your life every single day. And, you will take these tools home with you to enjoy and live the life you are meant to live.
Your vibrant living course includes:
- 8 small-group classes that meet once a month on Saturdays. During that time you will learn how assess, interpret and develop personalized wellness plans for yourself, clients and students. And you will have the opportunity to use these tools throughout the month and experience the benefits first hand.
- Hands-on personalized instruction with Susan Smith, Founder of One-Yoga, to help you fine tune your gifts and reap the benefits of health, wellness and elevated positive energy.

So if you have already completed your 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, this is a great way to continue your learning and growth.
