Vinyasa Flow & Yummy Yin Weekly Practice
Please join us on Wednesday mornings and enjoy a delightful breath-centered vinyasa flow practice coupled with yummy yin poses that will enliven and restore the body, focus and calm the mind and elevate the spirit. Hands-on assists and Reiki healing energy will be offered throughout the practice.
