Weekly Summer Hot Yoga: 26 & 2 Practice
Join us every Wednesday for the well-known 26/2 (Bikram) practice taught with loving guidance and motivation. This is a 75 minute class taught in a heated room consisting of 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing techniques. This practice is perfect for beginners and advanced practitioners as it focuses on alignment.
The heated room warms up your entire body and allows you to work safer and deeper into your muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The mindfulness taught during class instills a state of peace, and the energetic assists offer clarity and healing.
This class includes:
- Breath work
- Posture alignment
- Assists and energy healing
- Relaxation and meditation
