I woke up yesterday and checked my clock. The time was 6:16 am. The number 6:16 just kept pinging me so I did what every good American does, I googled the number. The first thing that came up was Jeremiah 6:16. Here’s what it said:
This is what the Lord says “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.”
A crossroads is a point at which a crucial decision must be made that will have far reaching consequences. We all encounter crossroads, two main paths and we must choose. Taking the time to ask for the ancient paths, the good way, is about prayer, meditation and listening for answers from God – The Universe.
Once you receive your message, walk in it – take right action. When we do that, we find peace and harmony from the fluctuations, the confines, and the turmoil (however great or small) of the mind.
Yoga is the active practice of continuously clearing the way. As we clear the way, making choices at the crossroads becomes easier. We understand exactly what we must do, and in trustful surrender of our lower self, to our higher Self, we take action. The feedback from The Universe – God is so strong, so vibrant, that peace and harmony pervade.
If you are at a crossroads, join us for a class, special event or training. You will find a yoga community that supports your highest Self, and you will find your own answers that clear the way.
Helping people on their path is what we do. Our 200/300/500 YTT, classes and workshops are about clearing the way. Yoga is first and foremost a personal journey; once we have cleared the way, we find our answers and are led where we need to go; and we find rest for our souls.
