Please join Master Yoga Instructor Susan Smith for the 26/2 (Bikram) practice taught with loving guidance and motivation. It is a 90-minute class in a heated room consisting of 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing techniques. This practice is perfect for beginners and advanced practitioners.
The heated room warms up your entire body and allows you to work safer and deeper into your muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The mindfulness taught during class instills a state of peace, and the energetic assists offer clarity and healing.
This class includes:
- Breath work
- Posture alignment
- Assists and energy healing
- Relaxation and meditation
