Our 200 hour course is a journey to your best self! It is more than a teacher training;
it is a course that guides each student through a personal journey of discovering
how to live life fully. Using an ancient practice that acts as a roadmap, each student
learns the practice of yoga on and off the mat. It opens doors that were once closed;
it awakens spirit; teaches, inspires and educates; and it leads us to our purpose

Upon completion of the course requirements, students will receive Yoga Alliance Certification.
We understand the commitment involved and offer six course options to accommodate your schedule:
Tuesdays, 5:30 – 10:00 p.m., Higher Power Yoga Studio, Dover, DE
Wednesdays, 9:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m., Yoga Secrets, Kennett Square, PA
Thursdays, 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., The Bear-
Thursdays, 5:30 – 10:00 p.m., Liberty Yoga Studio, Newark, DE
Course Schedule: This unique, comprehensive program includes 26 classroom sessions and three weekend intensives, including a fabulous final weekend away on retreat (included in the tuition fee). Each YTT meets once a week and follows the school calendar so national holidays are recognized as time off. The YTT begins with all courses gathering for the Level 1 Weekend Intensive September 20 – 21, 2014, and is followed by weekly class sessions.

All students will be required to participate in weekly yoga classes outside the YTT and develop a personal home practice. (Special rate studio packages are offered for YTT students only)
On the first day of session coursework, students will receive a training manual complete with all other information required.
