What’s it all about:

This two day training is open to all individuals interested in learning the power behind the practice. The weekend intensive is a personal exploration of yoga on and off the mat.  The poses within the practice are broken down to help align the body; hands-on adjustments and modifications offer each student insight into their own practice; guided pranayama (breathing) techniques unite the body with breath fostering awareness; and self-discovery exercises provide each student with an opportunity to learn the power of living fully present.

SPF Yoga is a dynamic practice that incorporates five basic practice components of Pranayama (breath), Asana (pose), Vinyasa (flow), Drishti (gaze), and Dhyana (relaxation & meditation).  It is progressive and utilizes safe and intuitive guidelines.  Power Flow Yoga will cultivate muscular strength and stamina, while increasing flexibility and life-giving energy.  Please join us for this transformational session.
